A traditional weighted 5oz (140g) steel plumb bob with approx. 18 METRES (59ft!) of strong nylon line, far longer than most available on her. These have been used as far back as the early Egyptians. A simple and effective tool that is usewd to establish whether an object is exactly vertical. A plumb bob can be used to mark a point directly above or below another point. It can also be used to simply create an accurate vertical reference line prior to hanging wallpaper.
